1/8" Aluminum diamond tread plate for door kick plates and reinforcement on interior and exterior walls is also available.
FLOOR SCREEDS
Penn's floor screed are full four-inch panels which are used between the wall panels and the existing floor on floorless walk-ins. They contain no wood or conductive metal.
FLOOR LOADS
Penn's standard floor panels will support uniformly distributed loads up to 600 psf. For larger standing weight
requirements, please consult with a Penn Customer Service Representative. Where power equipment, such as fork-lift trucks are used,
a minimum of 4" reinforced poured concrete on top of the floor is recommended. Contact Penn for more details.
EXECUTION Unparalleled Delivery And Installation
Penn delivers and installs our walk-in's on our own factory trucks, using our own factory trained union mechanics. This guarantees
on-time delivery and erection of our panels without the Who? When? Where? and How? of other walk-in manufacturers.
Penn installers will work with other trades to make sure the walk-in is installed right, the first time.
With over 55 years of manufacturing and installation service, Penn has become unique in our field. From manufacturing and erecting the unsulated
panels, to installing outdoor weather caps, to mounting sliding and glass doors and installing shelving and other accessories, Penn's
installation service is unmatched in the walk-in industry.
REPUTATION Penn Refrigeration can also offer complete refrigeration start-up of your walk-in after the erection of the panels. Penn's wide network of refrigeration service companies allows us to offer a complete turn-key operation, less electrical hookup. Extended warranties are available on these refrigeration start-up packages to provide year-round service on your entire refrigeration system.
